After application, we send a detailed filming guideline. A smartphone is sufficient. We ask for match clips, practice clips, and isolated movement clips from prescribed angles.

How long until I receive the diagnosis?
Typically within 7 days of video submission, we complete the diagnosis report and schedule a feedback session. Expedited options available on request.
Can I just do the diagnosis without ongoing treatment?
Yes. Many families do diagnosis only, and use the report with their existing team coach. There's no obligation to continue.
Is the diagnosis available in English?
Yes. We offer the report and feedback sessions in both Japanese and English. Please specify your preferred language at application.
